Advisory and consulting for
energy efficiency

Renewable energy · Advisory · Project development · EPC

Energy projects for businesses, investors and industry operators. The client brings the site or the project; permitting, capital and delivery are ours.

FER X incentive · asbestos addendum

Buildings with asbestos roofing: refurbishment and solar at zero cost.

Removal, remediation, disposal and a brand-new roof, plus the whole administrative and documentation process. At zero cost.

What makes it possible is FER X: the power the plant generates is incentivised by the GSE for 20 years, at a fixed, guaranteed rate. Roofs containing asbestos qualify for a dedicated addendum.

The site visit and the eligibility check on the roof are free and without obligation.

Removal and remediation

The asbestos is removed by licensed contractors.

Compliant disposal

Transport and disposal with full traceability.

New roof

A new roof, with the solar plant on top of it.

Paperwork included

Filings, documents and dealings with the authorities are ours.

ARERA requirement

The CCI is mandatory for solar and wind plants from 100 kW upwards. Acting before December recovers up to €10,000 in incentives.

Method

How we work

We bring together the three things without which a plant never happens — the site, the permits and the capital — and we coordinate whoever builds it.

01

The starting point

Land, an industrial roof, or a permitted project that has stalled. Any one of the three is enough.

02

Our contribution

Technical validation, the permitting process, capital through our industrial partners, and construction coordination.

03

The outcome

A plant in operation. Depending on the route: income from the land, a project sold, or cheaper energy.

From preliminary analysis to full project development: advisory, land sourcing, RTB, EPC, solar plants, agrivoltaics and advanced energy consulting.

Who we are

We do not install plants. We make them happen.

Consulting Project is an advisory firm specialising in energy efficiency, supporting businesses, investors, public authorities and private clients.

The work is about energy solutions that are modern, sustainable and strategically valuable.

We identify the most suitable site, plot or building and verify its feasibility.

We then structure and finance the project with capital made available by our partners, including investment funds, coordinating everyone involved in its delivery.

We work in renewable energy with a technical, industrial and financial approach, from project development through to the delivery of high-efficiency plants.

We work alongside established engineering practices, combining specialist expertise and qualified partners: every project is followed from analysis to delivery.

  • Advisory — technical, permitting and financial feasibility
  • Land scouting — sourcing suitable sites
  • Development — permitting and financial structuring
  • Engineering — plant sizing and design
  • EPC — construction coordination through to commissioning

Consulting and partnership

Strategic advisory and partnerships that matter

We support energy sector operators in developing industrial and financial initiatives in renewables. We work with:

Investors
EPC contractors
Developers
Energy-intensive businesses
Funds
Landowners
Industrial operators
Public authorities

Through a network of qualified partners and multidisciplinary expertise we follow every stage of a project: from sourcing the opportunity to operational and commercial development.

Our most requested structure

No bank involved.
We are the bank.

The solar project is delivered with no upfront investment, no financing and no guarantees. The plant pays for itself through what it produces, the fees are fully deductible and company cash stays in the business.

The value of the investment is maximised by involving leading industrial partners, energy traders and intelligent management software.

No investment

No upfront outlay. Company cash stays available to the business.

Immediate benefit

Energy costs drop the moment the plant comes online.

Deductible fees

Fixed, certain and fully deductible.

Top-tier technology

Latest-generation plants, managed on the client's behalf.

Sustainability and value

A concrete commitment that also shows in the accounts.

How it works

From land to construction in five steps

First conversation

A short call to establish the starting point. We say straight away whether a viable project exists — including when it does not.

Design and grid connection request

We prepare the project and file the request with the grid operator. At this stage the only outlay is the grid operator's administrative fees and the fees for filing the T.I.C.A. request.

The T.I.C.A. quote

The grid operator issues the connection quote. From that moment there are 45 days to accept it.

Development and permitting

Once the quote is accepted, we run the permitting process and close the financial structure with our partners.

Construction

Construction starts in around six months. From there we coordinate the EPC through to commissioning.

What we do

The services, in short

Utility scale

Medium and large ground-mounted solar plants on farmland, industrial sites, disused quarries and closed landfills.

Agrivoltaics

Panels and crops on the same surface. The land keeps producing — and produces energy as well.

RTB — Ready to build

Projects already permitted or at an advanced permitting stage. We buy them, finance them, or take them through to construction.

BESS — Storage systems

Batteries that store energy and release it when it is needed, or when it is worth more. They change a plant's economics.

PPA — Long-term supply

Sell or buy power at a defined price for years. Energy cost stops being a variable.

Energy communities and public sector

Projects for public authorities, municipalities and groups of businesses.

Subsidised finance

Grants and incentives: we check what each project qualifies for, before it starts.

Land scouting

We find the right site and verify constraints and grid capacity.

Energy efficiency

Solar, solar thermal, heat pumps and underfloor systems.

Landowners

Land that currently generates little

With surface rights ownership does not change: we build and operate the plant for 20 to 30 years, paying the owner an annual fee. Alternatively we buy the site.

The assessment is free: the municipality and an estimate of the hectares are enough for a first answer.

No switchboard, no call centre. From the first call to commissioning, Giovanni Porretta follows the project himself.

The questions we get most often

Not for the operating lease. At the connection stage there are only the grid operator's fees and the cost of filing the T.I.C.A. request. Everything else we structure with our partners.

No. No bank is involved and no guarantees are required. The capital comes from our industrial and financial partners.

From the connection quote there are 45 days to accept it, then construction in around six months. Permitting timelines depend on the region: any obstacles are flagged beforehand.

With surface rights, yes: use of the surface is granted for 20 to 30 years against an annual fee, and at the end the land is free again. Alternatively we consider outright purchase.

It depends on the location and the available grid capacity, not only on the hectares. That is precisely what we check before wasting anyone's time.

We coordinate. Construction is carried out by the EPC partners we work with, who have the track record to do it. Our role is to hold together design, permitting, capital and construction.

Yes, through our ESCo partner, which holds the certifications required to work with the public sector. It is the same route we use for energy communities.

Let's talk. The first assessment costs nothing.

A short description of the starting point is enough. If a viable project exists we say so, and on what terms. If it does not, we say that just as plainly.

A person will reply. No commitment, no cost.
