The land keeps farming. And starts generating.

Agrivoltaics combines two things that used to be alternatives: cultivation and power generation on the same surface.

For a farming business it means keeping the fields productive, adding a stable second income and preserving the agricultural vocation of the land.

We design solutions that work alongside the existing activity — not ones that replace it.

We find the land. And we check it before anyone commits.

We source farmland and industrial sites suitable for hosting energy plants, for outright purchase or under surface rights.

Surface rights allow a plot to be used to build and operate a plant for a defined period — typically 20 to 30 years — with an annual fee paid to the owner.

For owners who want to know whether a site qualifies, the assessment is free and carries no obligation.

RTB — Ready to build

Holding a permitted project and stuck?

Ready to build means the project is ready to break ground: permits are in place, so is the grid connection. What is missing is the party who builds it and the party who funds it.

  • We finance it — we bring the capital and take it into construction
  • We buy it — for owners who prefer to exit, we assess an outright purchase
  • We develop it — if it is still at an advanced permitting stage, we take it through to RTB

This also applies to projects not yet fully permitted, provided the process is under way.

Power is not worth the same at every hour of the day

A storage system holds the energy produced and releases it when it is needed — or when the market pays more for it.

On an existing plant it changes the economics. On a new one it changes the design: the plant is sized differently from the outset.

We work on these systems with a partner that is the official Italian distributor for one of the world's leading energy groups.

PPA — Power Purchase Agreement

Energy cost stops being a variable

A PPA is a long-term supply contract: the price of power is fixed for a period of years, removing exposure to market swings.

It works both ways: for generators it secures an offtaker and a price, for heavy consumers it provides shelter from increases.

It is one of the areas where we operate as advisors to our principal partner.

Energy communities

Generating and sharing energy across a local area

An energy community allows several parties — businesses, local authorities, citizens — to generate and share energy, with the economic benefit distributed among participants.

They have rules of their own: perimeter, configuration and how the benefit is split must be set up correctly from the start.

Public administration

Energy projects for municipalities, authorities and schools

Schools, sports halls, offices, depots and municipal land: this is the estate where an energy measure shows up immediately in the authority's accounts.

We operate through a certified ESCo, the requirement for working with public bodies. Measures with no upfront outlay for the authority are possible.

Asbestos removal · FER X incentive

Buildings with asbestos roofing: refurbishment and solar at zero cost.

Removal, remediation, disposal and a brand-new roof, plus the whole administrative and documentation process: at zero cost for the owner of the building.

What makes it possible is FER X: the power generated is incentivised by the GSE for 20 years at a fixed, guaranteed rate, and roofs containing asbestos qualify for a dedicated addendum.

  • Asbestos removal and remediation by licensed contractors
  • Compliant disposal, with full traceability
  • New roof and a new solar plant on top of it
  • Filings, documents and dealings with the authorities

The site visit and the eligibility check on the roof are free and without obligation.

CCI compliance — ARERA requirement

Central Plant Controller: mandatory from 100 kW upwards

The CCI is the device that lets the grid operator regulate the plant's output remotely. ARERA resolutions 385/2025/R/eel and 564/2025/R/eel make it mandatory.

It applies to solar and wind plants connected at medium voltage from 100 kW upwards, new and existing. Acting before December recovers up to €10,000 in incentives.

  • Continuous support, monitoring and alarms

Checking what applies to a specific plant is free: capacity and connection type are enough.

EPC — Engineering, Procurement, Construction

Design, supply and construction, coordinated from one place

EPC covers the three stages that turn a permitted project into a working plant: engineering, procurement and construction.

Our role is coordination. We hold together designers, suppliers and contractors, track progress, and answer for what happens on site.

Grants, incentives and subsidised instruments change constantly, and they change from region to region.

We check what applies to each project and build it into the business plan from the start — not afterwards.

Energy efficiency

Smaller projects too, where it makes sense

Alongside large-scale plants we handle energy efficiency work for businesses, public bodies and private clients:

  • Residential, commercial and industrial solar
  • Solar thermal for hot water and heating
  • Heat pumps for heating and cooling
  • Underfloor heating and cooling

We work with manufacturers that produce for professionals only, not over-the-counter products. We also handle electricity and gas supply contracts on request.
